Originally an art teacher and calligrapher, Lynette began working with gourds in 1994.
Strongly influenced by the art of the ancient americans and of the southwest, many of her
gourd designs reflect this fascination with pattern and color.
Lynette's gourds have been shown in galleries in northern Georgia, Charleston, SC. and Florida, as well as at various arts and crafts shows.
