The Driftwoods
The Driftwoods perform Bluegrass music in Northern Florida and the Southeast. The four members are Eric Searcy on the banjo and dobro, Gabriel Valla on mandolin and guitar, Elisabeth Williamson on rhythm guitar and Lon Williamson on the upright bass. Everyone sings. Each member brings many years of performing experience to the stage as well as a great variety of songs and styles. From original to contemporary and old-time tunes, their song variety is one of the hallmarks of their stage presentation. |

Dowling
Dave
Dowling plays in St. Augustine and around Florida, in
South Carolina, and anywhere else he happens to be.
He is presently looking forward to "getting on
the road" more often. Like many of his fellow Floridians,
he is also a Realtor. Just as soon as he gets the time,
and when his charming daughters are fully educated,
he has plans for more recording, writing, fishing, and
sailing.

VALLA-TURNER-WILLIAMSON
Valla-Turner-Williamson is Gabriel Valla (guitar, vocals), Greg Turner (mandolin), Lis Williamson (guitar, banjo, vocals) and Lon Williamson (bass, vocals).
They touch a number of musical bases, including progressive bluegrass, new acoustic, Dawg, folk, and old-time. Valla and Turner are very strong lead instrumentalists,
bassist Lon Williamson contributes not only on the instrumental front in a big way, but also brings very pleasing vocals to the mix.
Lis Williamson supplies rhythm guitar, old-time banjo, and vocally handles a majority of the leads, all of which are impressive.
This is a very talented, versatile band.
